Check-in: Please note that checkin is as from 12 PM
- At the gate, inform the askari (security) that you’re checking into Apartment 169.
- The askari will hand you the key and direct you to the apartment.
- If the askari doesn’t have the key, Mary will be inside the apartment waiting to assist with check-in.
- Share a picture of your ID via WhatsApp
Check-out: Please note that check in is by 10 AM
- Switch off all electronics (fridge, lights, TV).
- Turn off any water outlets (shower, taps).
- Lock the house. If Mary isn’t there, leave the key at the gate.
- If Mary is around, hand the key to her.
