Check-in:

1. Once at the house, use the provided lockbox passcode to open the lockbox next to the door. Use this video for reference on lockbox opening. If it does not open, try pulling the switch down while also pulling the flap outward. Call us if efforts dont work.
2. Close the lockbox after retrieving the key.
3. Use the key to access the apartment.
4. Once inside, please share a picture of your ID and fill out the form placed on the dining table.

Check-out:

1. Switch off all electronics (fridge, lights, TV).
2. Turn off any water outlets (shower, taps).
3. Lock the house.
4. Open the lockbox using the same passcode, insert the key, close the lid, and secure the lockbox.
